Due to Myhiddeneyes’ streamlined pick-and-pack process, alterations to your order are generally unfeasible once it enters the shipping phase. Regrettably, modifications cannot be made once the order is marked as shipped.

Troubleshooting: No Audio with the Micro DIY Camera/Lookcam App

The application supports audio only during live viewing. To access audio for recorded footage, remove the Micro SD card from the camera and play the files back on a PC.

Please note: App functionality may vary by region due to software differences.


Resetting the Micro DIY Camera

If your Micro DIY Camera fails to transmit a WiFi signal or if you’ve changed your router, resetting the device is necessary. Follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the camera is plugged in and switched on, indicated by a blue light.
  2. Locate the reset button next to the red and black battery connector wires on the circuit board.
  3. Press and hold the black reset button until the blue light extinguishes.
  4. The device will return to its factory settings.

Lizvie Hidden Spy Camera: Enabling Audio

If audio playback isn’t functioning via the LizviePro app, follow these steps to resolve it:

  • Open the Lizviepro app.
  • Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
  • Select About Lizviepro.
  • Tap the app icon eight times quickly.
    This will enable the audio button, allowing playback with sound.

Voice Recorder: Maximum Range

Under ideal conditions, the microphone on the voice recorder can capture audio up to 5 meters. Placing the device in bags, pockets, or enclosed spaces may reduce its effectiveness.


Playing Back Voice Recorder Audio

To review recorded audio, you’ll need to use a PC.


Does Recording Begin Immediately?

For voice-activated recorders, there is a slight delay before recording begins. As a result, the initial portion of a conversation may not be captured in Voice-Activated mode.


Bug Sweeping Advice

  • Turn off the main power supply at the switchboard and ensure your mobile phone is off to avoid unintentional interference with the bug detector.
  • Focus your sweep on specific areas or suspicious objects.
  • The detector identifies devices capable of connecting to wireless networks.
  • When sweeping a vehicle, relocate to a rural area and, again, turn off your mobile phone.
